Unfortunately, same-day reservations are not available. Party rooms must be reserved at least one week in advance to ensure proper staffing and service.

Our minimum number of participants for groups is 6 people. We have five rooms available for celebration for up to 25+ guests. You can book birthday parties, corporate events, team-building activities, family reunions, bachelor/bachelorette parties, bar/bat-mitzvah's and more! Beginning in mid-September you will be able to fill out an event form to speak with an event sales specialist.
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own cake and decorations IF you have pre-booked an event with us. (No other outside food or beverages are allowed.) We provide basic decorations such as themed table covers and paper goods, but you can customize the party to your liking. No balloons are allowed in the building because of the safety on the track.
Event duration depends on the package you choose, your headcount, as well as if any event enhancements are included to heighten your experience. Typical events last anywhere from 1-3 hours or more.
Yes, you can reserve the entire facility for private events. Please contact us to discuss availability and pricing.
Headcount can be adjusted after the event is booking as long as the change meets the group minimum of 6 people and changes are within 48 hours.
