ADK Karting Non-Negotiable Rules & Requirements

While fun is our priority, safety is non-negotiable. By booking, entering, or participating, all guests agree to the following rules and accept full responsibility for their actions.

General Policy (Read Carefully)

  • Common sense is required at all times.

  • These are high-performance racing karts — NOT bumper cars.

  • You will be racing with other participants, not just your group.

  • Failure to follow rules = removal WITHOUT refund.

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This includes online reservations, bookings, and no-shows. No refunds or rescheduling.

Rider Requirements

  • Junior Riders: 5+ years old & minimum 48” tall

  • Ages 10–14 (56”+): Must race in Family Friendly sessions (:36 each hour)

  • Teen/Adult Riders: 15+ years old & minimum 56” tall

  • Maximum Weight: 280 lbs

Dress Code

  • Required: Closed-toe & closed-heel shoes (no sandals/flip-flops)

  • Not Allowed: Loose clothing (dresses, skirts), scarves, or accessories

  • Hair: Must be tied back and secured

  • No hats on track

⚠️ Health & Safety Advisory

DO NOT PARTICIPATE if you have, have had, or may be affected by:

  • Heart conditions, heart disease, or high blood pressure

  • Back, neck, spine, or joint injuries/issues (past or present)

  • Chronic pain conditions or prior physical injuries that could be aggravated

  • Pregnancy or possibility of pregnancy

  • Recent surgery, procedures, or ongoing medical treatment

  • Seizures, epilepsy, concussions, or neurological disorders

  • Dizziness, vertigo, fainting, blackouts, or loss of consciousness

  • Respiratory conditions including severe asthma or breathing difficulties

  • Vision impairments (uncorrected or limiting safe driving ability)

  • Hearing impairments that prevent following instructions

  • Limited mobility, reduced reaction time, or inability to control a vehicle safely

  • Anxiety, panic disorders, or conditions triggered by high speed or stress

  • Any condition affecting judgment, coordination, or reaction time

  • ANY medical, physical, or mental condition that could be worsened by speed, impact, vibration, or physical strain

  • Under the influence of alcohol, drugs, medications, or ANY substance or condition that may impair you in ANY way

Participation confirms you are physically and mentally capable of safely operating a kart and voluntarily assume all risks, including but not limited to collisions, sudden movements, equipment malfunction, and physical injury.

If you are unsure, DO NOT RACE. Speak with staff before participating.

Zero Tolerance: Impairment & Racing

ABSOLUTELY NO RACING WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ANYTHING.
This includes alcohol, drugs, medications, or any condition that may impair you in any way.

If we suspect or observe impairment, you will be:

  • Removed immediately

  • Race forfeited

  • No refund issued

Track Conduct

  • Be aware of other drivers at all times

  • No intentional contact, blocking, or reckless driving

  • Follow all staff instructions and safety briefings

If you cannot follow the rules, you will not race.

Personal Items

  • No phones or loose items allowed on track

  • Free Lockers are available

  • We are not responsible for lost, broken or stolen items

​

Supervision & Waivers

  • Guests under 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian

  • All participants must complete a waiver before racing

Media Release

By entering ADK Karting & Paddock 578, you consent to being photographed or recorded for marketing and promotional use without compensation.

​

Final Acknowledgment

By participating, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to all rules. These policies are in place to protect you, other racers, and our staff.
